1. Who we are

BragLedger is published by Conner Glasgow. In this policy, "BragLedger," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the publisher of the app.

2. Scope and territory coverage

This policy describes how the current shipping version of BragLedger handles personal data. It is written for the local-first build that stores gameplay data on your device and lets you choose when to share or export it.

BragLedger is not being published in China, Brazil, South Korea, or Vietnam under this policy. If launch territories or data flows change, this policy must be updated before that version ships.

3. Data we handle in the current build

BragLedger uses the data you enter so the app can remember your games, rosters, history, and leaderboards on this device.

• Gameplay identity data: player names, team names, colors, and saved roster entries.
• Match and leaderboard data: scores, winners, timestamps, round history, game types, and custom leaderboard totals.
• Share content: receipt images, leaderboard snapshots, captions, and winner labels rendered locally.
• Settings and app-state metadata: tutorial flags and local migration state.

4. How we use data

In the current version, we use app data only to provide the features you expect from a local scorekeeping app.

• Save the players, teams, game setups, matches, and leaderboards you create.
• Generate receipts, standings, and history views on device.
• Create a shareable snapshot or JSON archive when you explicitly ask for one.
• Remember local app settings and onboarding state.

5. When data leaves your device

Gameplay data does not leave your device automatically as part of normal BragLedger use in this build.

Data can leave your device only when you choose to share a receipt, share a leaderboard snapshot, or export a JSON archive through the iOS share sheet or export flow.

When you send something to another app, cloud drive, message thread, or service, that destination handles the copy you sent under its own privacy terms.

• Apple handles App Store downloads, billing, and related account records under Apple's own policies.
• BragLedger does not run a separate developer-operated analytics, advertising, or account backend for gameplay data in the current version.

6. Legal bases where local law requires them

Where a privacy law requires a legal basis for handling personal data, we rely on the basis that matches the specific activity.

• Performance of a contract: to run the app features you choose to use, such as saving games and showing leaderboards on device.
• Your direction or consent: when you choose to share a snapshot, export a file, or otherwise send app data to another destination.
• Legitimate interests: to maintain app integrity, preserve your local settings, and support the local-first product experience.
• Legal obligations: if we must keep or disclose limited information to comply with law.

7. Retention and deletion

BragLedger keeps your local data until you remove it, use Delete All BragLedger Data, or delete the app from your device.

Some delete actions in the app hide or archive saved items while preserving older match history so past game results remain readable.

If you export or share data, copies held by the destination you chose are governed by that destination and may remain there until you delete them with that service or app.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or complain about the handling of your personal data.

Because BragLedger keeps gameplay data on your device in this build, many of those rights can be exercised directly in the app.

• Use Export Data in Settings to create a portable JSON copy.
• Use Delete All BragLedger Data in Settings to remove BragLedger data from this device.
• Delete or edit saved items in the app to correct local records.
• Stop optional sharing at any time by not using the share or export controls.
• Contact support@zenjutsu.net if you need help with a privacy request.

9. Children

BragLedger is a general-audience app and is not directed to children.

If you believe a child entered personal data into the local roster or history on a device you control, remove that data in the app or delete the app data from Settings.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app's features, data flows, launch territories, or legal requirements change.

When we do, we will update the policy text and the last-updated date before the changed version ships.
