Cubicle Frenzy Privacy Policy
Data Collected Directly From Cubicle Frenzy:
- A username that you can create, and that other players can see in the leaderboards, but that may be removed if it contains anything derogatory. The username can only be filtered so much, so well, if a username contains anything derogatory it can be reported to cubiclefrenzy@gmail.com.
- Your game score data, such as high scores. It is collected so that it can be shown on leaderboards that other players can see.
- A unique ID stored onto your device that allows all your game data to be traced back to you. The ID however does not contain any personal information, it is generated upon the first launch of the game and then removed once you remove the game from your device. Plus, after 60 days of being inactive your ID will be removed from our end and will only be recreated if you play the game again. Once the ID is removed, and the game is uninstalled from your device, the data that once was associated with you won’t be anymore.
- IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device. Used for the gathering of data necessary to create ads that are more personalized.
- Non-user related crash logs, which may be used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK. Diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics purposes.
- User-associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate user behavior, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, and plan new features. Performance data may also be used for displaying ads, including sharing with other entities that display ads.
- A Device ID, such as the device's advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics.
- Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, may be used to power analytics and advertising features.
- Other user product interactions like app launch taps, and interaction information, like video views, may be used to improve advertising performance.”
Third Party SDKs That Collect Data:
- “To improve the performance of AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect certain information from apps, including:
- Used to store your game data (what you will see in the statistics window and the leaderboards windows within the game).
- Used to create your anonymous ID that we can attach your leaderboard data to, otherwise no one would be able to see your scores.
- Used to make sure that we are making as few mistakes as possible.

Certain US Privacy Laws:
Laws in some US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia, require us to provide residents with additional information about the categories of personal information we collect and share, where we get that personal information, and how and why we use it. You’ll find that information in this section (if you are a California resident, please note that this is the Notice at Collection we are required to provide you under California law).
In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information, depending on the Services used:
- Identifiers (like your name, contact information, and device and online identifiers);
- Internet or other electronic network activity information;
- Geolocation data (such as your location based on your IP address).
- Inferences we make (such as likelihood of retention or attrition).

Sale of Information:
We never directly sell your personal information in the conventional sense (i.e., for money).
We may share your information as necessary with our third-party service providers to provide our services to you. To the extent that we share your information with certain advertising, marketing, or analytics vendors, this can be considered a “sale” or “share” in certain U.S. States. In states such as California, you will automatically be opted out.
